We care about you looking your best, and our priority is your satisfaction.

Exchanges

An exchange cant be requested within the 7 days following delivery. You can request an exchange of accessories within 7 days of receiving them.  The cost to you is simply shipping. The item must be returned in unworn and new condition.

Please note, all garments’ products are covered under garment policy.

Return for Refund 

A return for a refund on accessories can be requested within the 7 days following delivery. All returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives. As well as being in unused condition. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued upon accessories inspection.

Garments – Custom Measurements and Made-to-Order

Garments are made for every customer upon order. This is regardless of you selecting from our made-to-order size or “custom” made-to-measure made by your measurements.

Customized and made-to-order items are not returnable, they are made specifically for you based on your own measurements, creations and ideas. Standard measurements for sizing with made-to- order are based on your request. You know your size. Exceptions will only be allowed if there is an error on our end.

If you would like to cancel your order entirely, please contact us. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been placed into production, we will not be able to accept a full order cancellation. You will be charged 50%.

If you experience any fitment issues with your garments that are not able to be tailored, such issues need to be communicated to Renaissance Couture within the 7 days following delivery.
